Ultra is mostly an aroma hop, displaying a similar aroma profile to Hallertau Middlefrueh. With a nearly 1:1 alpha beta ratio, Ultra's contributions will be in aroma enhancement. Ultra works great in German Style beers and as good finishing hop for American Ales.
