Helga hops were born in 1986, then known as Southern Hallertau, as a descendant of Hallertau Mittelfruh. Helga is an extremely versatile hop that is very easy to work with. It can be used at any point in the brewing process adding a mildly floral and spicy aroma to your beer. Works well with almost any style of beer.
