A low foaming, acid anionic rinse for brewing equipment. Effectively removes odors and flavors. Use as a final rinse after cleaning with an akaline cleaner such as PBW. Use 1 oz. in 3 gallons of water. Apply by spray or soak with a 3 minute contact time. DO NOT rinse after use. Empty or drain and let air dry.
