Saison is a pale, refreshing beer originally brewed for consumption during active farming seasons in the French speaking parts of Belgium. The style is typically dry with plenty of yeast character from the farmhouse yeast. It should be tasty for our hot summer days.

Please join me in the shop starting at about 10:00 am. I’ll explain the recipe, the brewing steps and my plans for fermentation as I go. If you are new to brewing, come on down and learn. If you are an experienced brewer please come teach me!
