​Brewing Saturday!

I have a nice recipe for a Belgian Trappist Ale that we will put together on Saturday morning (2/19/22). Come on down and see what home brewing is all about. I will explain the steps and answer questions as we go. We’ll start the mash a little after 10 AM and should be ready to pitch the yeast in the fermenter by mid-afternoon.
