Come on down to the shop this Saturday and help us brew an American Lager as a part of the American Homebrewer's Association's Big Brew event. Brewers from all 50 states and 28 countries are currently pledged to brew at the same time. Don't worry they won't all be coming to South Mississippi! If you are new to brewing or just want to find out what it is all about please join us about 10 AM as we get started. The full brew day will be about 5 hours from heating the water to pitching the yeast in the fermenter. Come for all or a part of the event and learn how easy creating your own home brew can be.
