A high alpha hop with a balanced bitterness and an acceptable aroma profile. Works great as a versatile replacement for both high alpha and dual purpose varieties. Can be used as a replacement or even a great complement to Target. While it is not as harsh as Target in terms of bitterness it has a very pleasant hoppy character. It has a resinous hop aroma with hints of citrus (orange) and herbal flavors. Great with English-style Ales.
